Karin Hepburn was born in Glasgow .S Attending Glasgow School of Art &  University of Strathclyde. She has continued to paint throughout her life with her inspiration

is drawn from memories of nostalgia, and large Scottish skies. 

In October 2022 Karin Hepburn launched her own Gallery, Studio Two Six One in Newton Mearns
